It is one of the most important factor which affect our life and also its a basic need of human beings without this we can't be successful in our life so always go for self help because no one can help you until unless u r not taking step by your own

As per the name its the terms related to us.So its refers to act of improving yourself but it can also be applied to a number of different topic 


Self-improvement means "Helping by your own" in terms of professional personal and mental.So basically this terms means that "Improvement in yourself by own"

  • Learn from the past Most important theories of self improvement is that learn from your past because your past gives you a lot of experiences related to life relationship bonding love e.t.c. try to always learn from your fast experiences


  • Learn from you failure If you fail in some field so try to capture a positive things from your defeat.Most of the famous personality is failed but they overcomes from the failure and learn the things by which they got top position in the world


  • Yours habits matter Habits play a most important role in self improvement because if your habit change daily then congreats you are working for self improvement 


  • Your thoughts matter Thoughts is very very important fact for self improvement because your thoughts is responsible for your all the things which include above all the theories 



So self-improvement is play a vital role in different aspect of our life & its change when you change your thoughts your habits your mind set and somehow its all related to our aim.

Basically self-improvement helps us to live our life happily & also it helps us make a positive changes in all aspect of life some are as follows :

  • Healthy relationship   By Self-improvement we can identify the faults in how we interact with others this enables you to make positive changes that can be beneficel for enhancing the interpersonal relationship  

  • Improved skills By self-improvement you know your skills your limitations and many different things by which you are more focused towards your bright future

  • Meditate : In my previous blog http://www.kamalupreti.tk/2017/08/mind-meditation.html  i discuss meditation.It play a basic role in self-improvement because by this we can control our stress,feeling e.t.c.

  • Jump out from the comfort zone :  It is also a important tips to do self-improvement.I say that "Those who break their comfort zone they create the history" so come out from the comfort zone go to infinity

  • Practice gratitude : Because life is unfair by design " I once cried because i had no shoes to play football with my friends but one day i saw a man who had a no feet & i  realized how rich i am"

  • Listen to our thoughts : There is an old saying that there are three types of person
Those who talk about themselves & others
Those who are talk about the things happened around
Those who talk about ideas    


  • Be like a lotus : Its the statement i found in GITA and one of the famous quotes of gita is "He who does action offering them to Brahman & abandoning attachment, is not tainted by sin as a lotus leaf by water"
