Today i will discuss about the "STRESS & STRESS MANAGEMENT"

Basically S.T.R.E.S.S stand for                             

S = STAYING                                                        
T = TIRED                                                              
R = RESTLESS                                                      
E = EVIL
S & S = SUPER SARCASTIC


BUT ACCORDING TO MY POINT OF VIEW:

S.T.R.E.S.S  means 

S = SPEED
T = TRYING
R = REST
E = EXPERIENCE
S & S = SUCCESS & SUPERIORITY 


                                                                               
                                                                             

STRESS


It play a important role in our daily life if we are in stress so due to which our personal as well as our social life are also distrube by which we can't give attention to any work.


Their is a different meaning of stress which are as follows :



  • A great worry caused by difficult situation or something that cause that condition
  • In terms of physic stress is defined as the force that acts in a way that often change the shape of an object

STRESS IS TO FEEL WORRIED AND NERVOUS

PSYCHOLOGY stress is a feeling of strain & pressure small amounts of stress may be desired benificial and even healthy positive stress helps improve performance it also play a factor of motivation and also reacted towards the environment 



Stress is all about that how you react & handle situation. It comes when you have the lack of confidence and you do not believe in ourself.


Their are so many reasons of stress :


  • LIFE
  • LOVE
  • NOT GETTING JOB
  • PERFORMANCE
  • ILLNESS 

But according to me there are some basic reason for stress like :




 1.  FEAR & UNCERTAINTY : It is related to our daily life like you regulary heard about terrisot attack or some major accident like train accident global warming e.t.c





2. ATTITUDE & PERCEPTIONS : This is the basic thing like your attitude & perceptions towards a particular situation. like if u r in job or some professional field and u always give 100% of your's but u due to some reason other person got the achievment in that condition think different that " THINGS ARE ALWAYS HAPPEN FOR A REASON" and increase your confidence for the next level.





IN simply life is like a game where u can passed through the different stage if u overcome from the stress the u r the winner of that game.



    3. UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS : You know very all the things are temporary & no one is perfect if you expect to do everything right all time you're destined to feel stressed when things don't go as expected.



4.  CHANGE : Any major life can be stressful even a happy moment like weeding & job promotion more unpleasant events such as divorce major financial setback or death in the family can be significant cause of stress. 




YOUR STRESS LEVEL WILL DEPEND UPON YOUR PERSONALITY & HOW YOU RESPOND TO THE SITUATION.


ACCORDING TO ME THE STRESS ARE JUST MINOR BUMPS IN THE ROAD. 

 SO take it stress as a sanitory item 


BASICALLY THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF STRESS 

  • SHORT TERM STRESS
  • LONG TERM STRESS
AS per the name its the stress level for short time and for a long time it also depend upon our respond.








There are many harmful effect of stress which are as follows :

  • Headche
  • Fatigue
  • Depression 
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • High blood pressure 
  • Heart disease 
  • Changes is sex drive
  • Fertility problem 
  • Skin problem such as acne,eczema & psoriasis.



STRESS MANAGEMENT 


IT is the important topic that how we manage stress so there are different point of mine which are as follows :


  • WRITE : It is the first thing by which you manage your stress level so write more and more it will be anything but write the things which u most like by which u come out from the stress.


  • LET YOUR FELLING OUT : Talk,laugh,cry & express anger when you need it.It's my personal experince when u r talking with your best friendz about that then you relieve streeS
  • FOCUS ON PRESENT : The basic funda of that point is that please concentrate on doing meditation.Mindfulness-based stress reduction is one form of meditation to reduce the stress.

  • EXCERISE : One of the basic point to manage stress is that doing excerise.Walking is a great way to get start.Even everyday activity like listing music,gardening e.t.c also help us to reduce the stress.  


 



MAN NEEDS DIFFICULTY IN LIFE BECAUSE THEY ARE NECESSARY TO ENJOY THE SUCCESS

    I love your that point where you tells about the situation. It is the event which makes us stressful ,it all depends on How we respond to the event because
    Event + Response = Outcome
    The same event can make us or can break us. It all depends on our response towards a situation. A great example is Lord Krishna who never feels stressful, it is because he is looking the event from a distance & not involving him in the situation, that is the reason he never feels stressful, which he discussed more in Bhagwat Geeta. On the other hand most of us feel stressful because we involve us in the problem. I think we should also try to see the situation from some distance (means not to be involved) and try to find the solution. In this way we won't feel stressful.
